I've always thought this should be the "hard" mode in pokemon and watching other holos made this worse for me because everytime they just look at chat spamming "THAT POKEMON IS WEAK TO THIS"

Scratch and tackle battles were stupid but I don't think that's a good excuse to make the rival pick the type weakness
>NPCs healing you
This was more prevalent before Sw/Sh but it still annoyed me, there's no reason to even use healing items anymore.
>Money/xp
XP should be easy but items/money should at least be a little bit hard to get. S/V go way overboard, to the point where every holo i've watched had 30+ full restores in their inventory when they beat the game
