Since this guy is retarded, I attempted to read the cost graphs that Cover put out.
Around 40%-50% of their expenses goes towards remunerating their talents, only reducing in percentage during Holofes when they have a massive expense spike.

Note that this is NOT the same as merch percentage cut, since that is not specified (I will attempt to calculate the average of it now) but it's a good indication of just how much money they spend on talents.
