Things HololiveEN talents should have done to prevent the decline
a) keep up some semblance of kayfabe to separate themselves from your typical vapid twitch whore. If you're not offering anything different from your competitor than why watch your shit where you dont have as much freedom to stream what you want? Nowadays it feels like only Gura, Mumei and Fauna care about staying in character, meanwhile Ame and Kronii are calling their viewers incels
b) collab with each other more frequently. Being part of a group is what makes Hololive special and going back to point a) people want character drama and I don't mean yab drama but to be a fly on the wall in social interactions (aka Gurame heyday)
c) stick to a fucking schedule and stream. a week or two of disorganization is fine then and now but they almost all have gotten complacent and given up

Things HololiveEN management should have done to prevent the decline
a) Gets said a lot but HolostarsEN was a fucking terrible move. Hindsight being 50/50, IRyS should have replaced Sana from day 1 and they should have done a homo vSinger to test the waters instead of assuming people wanted 8 faggots before even seeing how the first 4 did.
b) EN3 should have come out a year ago. They have left the scene to stagnate except the poison they injected with StarsEN
c) Way too long to get 3D for the girls. COVID was a thing but fuck its not like they couldnt work around it
d) Way too slow to respond to industry trends like shorts and are still fucking up
e) Terrible at securing permissions leading to the girls not having much motivation to stream
