You mean does it matter if they're at the end vs the beginning, or if the scores are there at all? The scores matter but it doesn't much matter where in the prompt you put them. I tend to keep the score and style tags toward the end and then when the number of tokens goes over 75 I BREAK where all the score tags start, but that's kind of just organizational for me.
