Fauna used to play DnD so I could see it. A fantasy adventure would be more in line with the traditional TTRPG experience.

You can make a case for JK since she actively encouraged more people to play it, especially among IDEN, but that case is more based on individual interactions than "who streamed it first". And then there is the entire tournament, and the extent to how far she played it. I don't know if anyone tried Ghost Babe or the DLC before her.
Gura who did stream it first among IDEN didn't bring it up very much onstream, and it's likely to assume she didn't bring it up much in private either.
As for NSO, can't say I see a can see a case, the timescale here is literally a week if you don't account for Seaweed - I imagine they all talked about it in private and the order of streams is purely based on scheduling rather than "who wanted or planned to do it first"

They're great and I'm glad all of them are in hololive especially my oshi. Only complaint is Sana and to a lesser extent Kronii need to figure themselves out more.
