Okayu does have a Pocket Talk device though, and I believe the first hololive member to get one was Nene and it caught on from there. Okayu was supposed to bring her pockettalk thing with her on her date with Kiara and Gura, but the forgetful cat forgot to bring it with her that day which is why Kiara ended up being the translator between Gura and Okayu that day.
