No, the initial rise to 1k CCV was just her stream normally gaining viewers. See picrel, the first botting attempt going online was that two spikes reaching 4k, and the second, 'piling on' attempt was the one that had 13k peak.
TL;DR, no it wasn't subtle. Like at all.
