I was curious so I've been looking into this.

Basically you reach your full height as an adult right? But many/most people live unhealthy, retarded lives so they often have minor spinal problems. For example an obese person can lose 4-6 inches from spinal compression. Other factors like dehydration, overcomsumption of of acidic beverages, low calcium, weak back muscles and compression in general from shitty standing or sitting posture can just generally make you look like a manlet, this is before considering that you can lose up to an inch from compression from the time you wake up to the time you sleep again (at which time your spine decompresses somewhat).

So essentially stretching, a good diet, hydration, not having abdominal fat in general, doing exercises specifically to strengthen both your leg muscles and your back muscles etc. you can regain height you otherwise obscured by being a lazy unhealthy fucktard.

So you don't actually gain height, you gained your full height and then fucked your body up and this caused you to appear to lose height. Your max height was already decided when you hit adulthood, but because people who are in shape are keeping their spine and legs in top condition they continue to maintain that height while unhealthy retards become short unhealthy retards.
