For one, her features take up more of her face in the L2D, which makes her look younger and less mature. Her face is also shorter and the features are drawn stronger, which takes away some of the "noble" and airier impression it has in the concept art.
The type of character that's visible in for example this expression, is competely gone in the Live 2D.
