Here is a small preview of the pirate model eyes. They announced the illustrator was Mairo publically for some proof so you can compare and reverse image search. I am only defending this company because I would like to know real information about black companies as an auditionee and make this a place of real valuable information. You should be very hesitant to trust over-the-top posts like a laughable split of 20 percent or an entire gen walked before debut. Most companies I have talked to are around the 50/50 mark and at least in my experience were professional. Then again I am not applying for the obviously shitter ones like Amber Glow. The real Pixel split is 60/40 with the company getting the 40. I will not post anything else other than the Akio Air process was a joke with all the talents being doxxed in the process and a lot of drama in their audition server. I did like Phase and Pixel management when I interviewed with them.
