What does a japanese cartoon girl company have under NDA that's so important that it's worth terminating beloved hard-working idols on the spot to protect it, yet so trivial that these idols keep leaking it by accident?

I'll just come out and say it, it got too real for me. Yes, I agree, I came into this space with alot of energy and enthuisiasm as I would finally be able to interact with my favorite online personalities, play games all day, sing songs and be famous! It all seemed too good to be true, well now I know it is.. Reality began to set in, I realized Although I was living my dream life, something was missing. I didnt want to believe it at first because I hard worked so hard to achieve this status and level of recognition as a vtuber but I finally had to accept it: This isnt what my life was supposed to be.
The more time I spent perpetuating this persona the less I felt that I was working towards the person I wanted to truly be, something I could be proud of, something I can look back on fondly once its all over. I know this might not be news you all wanted to hear after being distant for so long but I finally decided to commit to my decision. I "Gawr Gura" will be stepping away from V-tubing as a whole and move onto bigger and better things in life. I never meant to hurt any of you and I hope you chumbuds can in time accept this decision and move on in life like I have.

Cover is inadvertently torpedoing their entire brand. No one wanted holomales.

Honestly, Cover could've worded their statement differently and made it vague like she "breached her contract and didn't protect sensitive information", dusted their hands and go on their merry way. They really went out of their way to hang her dirty laundry in full view, stating how she personally fucked up and screwed the company over. They could've kept her fuckups at the proper level, where the public gets the neutral, yet polarizing information. Why?

This statement was done out of spite and almost sounds as if the whole matter was taken personal. As a result, Cover didn't fully think this through and acted too rash on their decision, even if Rushia did fuck up big time.
Also, fuck the managers for letting this shit get to this level. Where the fuck were they when this was unfolding? Anyways, I'm done. Cover done fucked up big time.

These guys are useless. Seriously what do they do? It seems like their performers are the ones who do all the work like actual prostitutes. They are literally Machinima 2.0

Is their EN music production team incompetent?
Every studio production for singles or collab songs ends up awful
The songs are overproduced, turn up the autotune way too high and are inferior to live karaoke performances
Kronii has a great voice and can sing decently well but she sounds really awkward in her new single and the song as a whole ended up being mediocre
Gura is an even better example for this, her karaoke is awesome and her roommate's channel had better original songs than her Holo persona despite those being silly shitpost songs
All EN collab songs so far sucked ass except Myth or Treat because it was mostly just made by the girls(Calli) and not some production team
