Henya & Geega are fantastic pickups by their own. Tara & Kuro seem fine, but need a bit more time for me to evaluate. A lot of what and how well they are doing is setting a baseline for future prospects and Tara
is still doing way better than she did in Niji even now way after the debut buff. It's kinda showing that those unique interests/traits have a market if you just let them unfold.

On the other hand the 3 leaving obviously hurts, but out of those Nyanners did the most. In hindsight neither Silver (very insular) nor Vei (barely a streamer anymore) mattered that much. Nazuna was never really there to begin with so it's a whatever situation.
Aside from that a big issue imo are Froot & Haruka. With them being so inconsistent it creates difficulties in how many resources/talents you want/can handle. Especially for such a small management group it gets really difficult if your talents are so on and off.

So overall pretty good, even better when put in relation to what happened in vtubing during 2023 because it has been REALLY stale and the JP companies haven't done anything interesting (e.g. new Holo/Niji generations just feel like some gacha where the new characters supplant the old ones [outside of FWMC])
