I don't mean one IRL, I mean ingame. Menu > Friends > Others (third tab). Set the filter to Level (top right option), set the sort order to high-to-low and keep refreshing until you see someone with one of these 6 at lvl 40 or higher. Follow them and use them to make things easier.
