Just listened to the Mori Salamander myself; sadly it is indeed mediocre as fuck. Literally every single deco song sounds the exact same and lyrically every single one is the same 'thinly veiled metaphor for sex' bullshit - oral sex and drinking cum as a 'treat' in the case of Salamander (yes I know it was made to be about ramen or whatever but the lyrics still use this to lean into the sex direction anyway). Mori's singing was alright but constrained by the generic deco melody to not have muc hrange and even her singing can't carry the generic instrumentals. Please stop doing Deco covers until this guy stops phoning it in and actually does something original, Hololive.
