It's being blown out of proportion. You only get the pop up once per account and never again, like the one that's been in place for years that has you agree to "this channel is intended for mature audiences". It's just because it's brand new and came about suddenly that people are being blindsided by a new thing that they have to agree to before they can watch a stream. Shit will be back to normal within a couple days once everyone has ran into it and agreed to it
