Thread is slow and civilized, here is an advance on the usual tables
The complete ones will be ready during the JP primetime, but here is the

Here are some comments

* MEDIAN *
1) Gura was the only vtuber in this list above 10k (and above 20k too)
2) Vox took #2 more or less by default, by not streaming he was spared from the general recline for the whole EN field this month
3) Mysta completes the Top 3
4) Ina and Fauna complete the top 5, with Ina taking the #2 post for HoloEN by 11
5) The rest of Council takes the subsequent positions, all between 7.5 and 8k
6) Kobo and Luca complete the top 10
7) The "Kiara Line" held high, keeping all NijiEN girls and even Ike below. Calli, tho, fell below Enna and depending on her performance in October she may end up being the new "line bearer"
8) No StarsEN outranked any HoloEN girl. Magni and Vesper, out of the Nijis, are only outranked by the Luxiem boys, Enna and Alban
9) Moona is the highest ranked ID, outranking all of the ones mentioned in the previous item, and Calli too
10) No HoloID fell into 3 digits territory
11) Aia from NijiEN fell into 3 digits territory, with Scarle barely escaping with a 1067 median
12) Nari Yang outranked the ones mentioned in the previous point, and all of NijiID too
13) Kyo now outranks Zotto as the highest ranked iLUNA

14) Four Nijis are stuck in 2 digits hell, all of them from NijiID

* AVERAGE *
1) Gura
2) Other than some minute change in positions there is not a lot of change in this table from the median
3) Mysta poor retention costed him the #3, being outpaced by Ina
4) Kobo, Mumei and Ame rise in rank in this table while Kronii drops five positions

and the punchline

5) Risu and Iofi rise SIGNIFICANTLY in this metric due to the low number of streams and the fact one of them was the event of their careers so far

All in all it looks like there was a general recline at the top (except for Gura) and some stabilization in the middle (the rest of HoloEN, Noctyx, Enna) with HoloID coming stronger after the eventful month for ID1 and StarsEN still trying to find their footing and iLUNA speedrunning into finding their floor.
