there is this condition, joint hypermobility, which means the joint can bend more than normal. a person might have just one or a couple of this in their body, as well as different degrees to which they happen. by itself it doesnt have any risk, but stretching the joint with the intent of increasing the angle is not recommended and ineffective; flexibility stretching like yoga is healthy overall, but this cannot be applied to individual and small joints like fingers and knees that have a fixed range.
