I don't think any of the talent deserve to get this level of backlash, and I genuinely think Elira, Vox, and Ike were probably pressured into making that video. And there is a lot the public doesn't know. This whole mess is because of incompetent management and shitty backwards jap business policies. The rest is just he said she said bullshit, and you should really have sympathy for all the talent until something actually damning comes out. So far it's just been /vt/ posting things in bad faith and clips out of context to support previously held biases against certain talents.

I think you can simultaneously have sympathy for Selen for what she's been through and the other Nijisanji talents for what they've been through. Supporting Selen doesn't mean hating the others.
