I'm thinking something more exciting after DQ8.
Either a Zelda like Twilight Princess or Majora's Mask. She could bust out Link's Awakening Remake in a stream or two.
She wanted to try Bloodborne or Sekiro but I don't know about the latter. Bloodborne could fit her style since you get health back the more aggressive you are.
I still like Jedi Fallen Order or FF6, she would enjoy the sci fi fantasy of either.
Then there's FF7 Remake which she might want to try given the sequel is coming out or Yakuza but that's assuming she hasn't watched Subaru play either.
There's just a lot of possibilities, and ones we probably haven't even considered but right now she seems to be focused on Sunbreak so hopefully she gets geared up and learns the game and gets future collabs with the others.
