There are two readings, one lore and one without kayfabe.

1) Lore interpretation: Mumei is chasing the previous person she was before she lost her memories because she feels the gnawing feeling that she's missing something. But by the end of the song she takes up the name "Mumei" instead of calling herself "Nameless" because she has come to accept herself as she is and doesn't consider herself incomplete, but is rather a new person going forward in her own way.
2) Mumei (the person) felt lonely and anonymized by largely living in isolation before Hololive. She was a face in the crowd who very few people knew, especially when she lost the few social connections she had during the pandemic. She became Mumei (the Vtuber) by joining Hololive and now she can fill the void in her heart by dedicating herself to her fans and getting to spend time laughing and smiling with them and the other girls. She's holding onto the name, "Mumei" as hard as she can because she knows that's what connects her to her fans and the other members of Hololive.

She's normally really good about communication, so it's either something she can't talk about or something that's got her so occupied/emotional she can't make the time to update her hoomans. I won't deny I'm worried, but Mumei cares a lot. She'll find her way back when she can.

Do you ever worry that something you did or said was read by your oshi and it made her unhappy? And that it made enough of an impression that she remembers it when she sees your name in chat? And that your oshi secretly has a mild dislike for you as her whole perception of you as a person is based on that one singular moment where you made her somewhat unhappy?

As someone who works in healthcare I must say the appeal of nurses is vastly overrated. They're mostly bitchy old women in their 50s who hate you and will take any opportunity to throw you under the bus to save their own asses. And actual nurse's scrubs aren't even sexy.
