The full name is "Dame Adelais Blythe-Auchincloss the 3rd".
I get the sense that we occasionally have to remind Jelly that Alice exists as a prop. She isn't a feature in most streams. But sometimes Jelly pulls out Alice on her own.

Alice showed up at debut but also, to my recollection:
-in the first Muse Dash stream when Jelly wanted to tag out after 30 straight minutes of failing her 10th FC and newely giving up (Alice didn't give her the win but she did eventually get it).
-in the first tablet drawing stream where Jelly draws her and says she picked Alice up off the side of the street.
-in the awawawa karaoke kino stream where she popped in to help perform Y.M.C.A.
