It was a different time. While Suisei missed the really big boom, she was still early enough to debut in an era where you were guaranteed to have some viewers on your debut ready to shill you in the two or three threads everybody on the scene read if you were interesting enough to shill. Taking a quick look at her debut stream, she had 20 commenters before the same people plus others started spamming こんばんは and I can't be arsed to keep track of who's new and who posted twice, so she was never a literal 2view. Suisei actually got quite a bit of hate for selling out to the corporations back when she joined INNK, so some people may have liked the jank.
