As someone who watches both Hololive and Nijisanji. I'd keep things exactly as they are where Hololive caters to my unicorn instincts and keeps the girls doing their own thing, while Nijisanji just is like a giant house party where everyone is friends.
Although the reason it works with Nijisanji is the male streamers are willing to let the girls take the aggressive roles, or if a male gets aggressive, it's in such an over the top fashion, you can't help but just ridicule them. A perfect example of that is Vox playing Among Us.
