I think she is a concrete road. Concrete roads are more expensive to build than asphalt roads but this is compensated by their much higher wear resistance and durability which can be compared to Beatanis huge tolerance to our schizo behavior in these threads. Beatani has also put enormous amounts of work on her live2d model which compares well to the very labor intensive process of constructing concrete roads. And lastly concrete roads, how nice and durable they may be, are quite bumpy to ride on and cause more noise inside the car when riding over the borders of the concrete blocks, this fits her well considering how bumpy the ride of following her is.
