Alban is not just fluent in Japanese but good at networking and most importantly confident. There are a lot of people in EN who are perhaps more fluent than him but do not share his level of pure confidence, and so have not achieved the level of success that he has because they are not as brave enough to reach out as he is. But Alban doesn't hesitate, he gets right in there. He reminds me a lot of Ollie in terms of the sheer value he brings to the company.
