Here [picrel] is something for the editor discourse. These are rough industry rates. Probably working on dogshit shows and/or broadcast news. Reality tv has it the worst in all of media as far as editing goes. I imagine making an editing portfolio working for Twitch streamers while getting paid isn't a terrible gig, they aren't getting paid union rates or whatever, but, they shouldn't expect that either.
