If you played Fallout 4, there is a side quest where you LARP as a vigilante superhero. Most of the quest is pretty easy but in the final confrontation the bad guy has a hostage and in order to svae him you have to either pass a couple Charisma skill checks or shoot his ass before he executes the guy (and then protect him from mooks).
I'll be honest, the ending of the quest is kinda of a letdown if you don't save him but people got a little too pushy insisting Henya kept redoing that part until she pulled it off. She was very clearly frustrated by the end and it was the last time she played Fallout 4.
