These are your stats for the game. Based on how high a stat is, new choices may open up for you. Power is how strong you are, Technique is how technically skilled you are, and Promo Ability is how good you are on the mic. Kayfabe is how committed you are to a character with a high reality stat meaning you keep your life separate from your character. Favor vs Heat represents how much the audience likes or dislikes you, with high favor meaning they like you. Finally, having a high ring awareness means you care more about putting on a good match, even if it goes against what management wants, while ring flash means you care more about looking as strong as possible, even if your fellow wrestlers don't appreciate that as much. They'll be a bit more explanation as the game progresses, but that's basically the just of all of the stats.
