Even assuming this was the case, there is no evidence that Gura participated in Shinkiro to leech off of Marine's connections, and plenty of reason why it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Marine was still the one who approached her first. If Gura was "chasing" trends and sponsorships to milk the JP audience, you'd think *she* would be the one actually *doing the chasing* instead of doing literally nothing for months on end and letting others approach her with their ideas first. That indicates that she has *no* targets - probably because she's fucking burnt out or something.
