we already have week-long effects on the market anyways.

Bureaucracy Helper AI (Leave it to a German to come up with that shit.)
Hear me out.
You're doing a business major, so nobody is going to ask question about implementation (it would be an absolute mess and legal cost would kill you in less than a year).
- Get Document OCR running
- Let people send in their shit, claim it's all private and secure due to SSL or whatever you come up with, needs to sound impressive. "Three-Factor-Authentification"!
- People pay a yearly/monthly fee for this (stable income)
- The AI learns by getting used what public documents the user wants to get
- For some offices you offer APIs who automatically send that shit in upon confirmation
i.e. you inherented money - throw in the birth certificates, bank contracts, life insurance polices etc., the AI will know from experience what needs to go where and list it for you, it'll offer automated send-in for some of the services.
The company will establish a small presence first year, enough to pressure some smaller businesses into offering APIs (scenario).
User still has to confirm it all but your AIs write cohesive explanation about why what needs to go where so no more reading tons of paper and calling offices to get what you need.
If you want to impress, come up with a coherent Database model for it.
You need a table of all Documents, their fields with a date attached so new entries get added immediately and older forms can still be read precisely, then your AI crawls through user experiences and the websites of the companies or offices to make suggestions. You WILL need training data so it might be wise to either get some testers on the case or straight up hire a bunch of indians to close some fake contracts through your interface (this is the phase where it would fail in reality).
Once you have the raw data processed and the case closed you can delete the documents or just offer a delete button to comply with privacy laws.
Fun things to apply your business sense on that case is how you would do the pricing model considering the AI will get better in doing this over the years, so you might give out a first year for free to people and maybe hire some legal advisors and lawyers to fine-tune the results. Get some data scientists and linguists to help with differing language even inside the same language (dialects etc.), market that shit to zoomers who are way too lazy to properly read their snail mail nowadays as well as to old people who are too old for this shit and just want to get it done.
Think about shit people need in specific situations, consider how these situations apply to the general populace.
