Pomu is actually in love with Shu and still cant get over him despite it being obvious he is into Elira.

Shu was the one that told both Elira and Pomu about nijisanji, Elira only joined because she couldnt get into hololive but Pomu actually wanted to be in niji because of Shu. Shu was autistic about niji and she thought if she joined he might notice her and appreciate her more, and tried to convince Elira to join so she could separate them from one another. Shu helped them after they joined, and thats when Pomu realized she fucked up. Shu was helping both of them, but was obviously helping Elira much more. She knew this was a lost cause, but she was so in denial she just kept on ignoring it every time it bothered her.

After some time passed and nijiEN was beginning to settle in, they announced male Vtubers and Pomu was so excited. Shu wasnt Eliras nepotism hire but Pomus. Elira was already schizo when it came to Millie and Enna, and didnt want to interact with them at all, so having her fucking simp orbiter join is a definite no. Elira might have also been oblivious to Shu joining, him trying to "surprise" her, like Millie and Enna did. Pomu was probably talking to him about it daily and how she was so glad he wanted to join, but wanted to kill herself every time he would mention Elira. Still Pomu wanted him to be in niji with her, and begged management to let him in, and either left Elira clueless or was also trying to convince her too. After he managed to join, she was ecstatic. She was in chat in his debut, she couldnt hide her excitement. But as time went on, she slowly got more and more jaded by the fact he is still simping for Elira. Completely unaware of her feelings towards him. She must have realized at that moment how in denial she was this entire time, but at the same time she was still into him.

She tried to move on and forget about it, being so depressed that she cut herself every time she saw Shu interact with Elira. And when the PShu shit started, she hated it. Having to watch as people joke about you being in a relationship with the guy you love when its so obviously never gonna happen. When he is so dense to never notice you and is pathetically in love with another girl that treats him like shit. Why even be happy over your fans shipping the two of you when its never gonna happen. She thought it would be just a one time thing, that people would forget about it. She just wanted to drown it all out with streaming and doing her job, hoping to move on from him. But luck just wasnt on her side, with the infamous tomodachi life stream when her self insert actually managed to get with Shu even after she tried everything she could to sabotage it. Playing that game anytime after must have been actual torture, seeing your little character be in love and having everything you could dream of, when none of that was real and would never be real.

Pogmu didnt even bother her, infact she encouraged it. Trying hard to shift the focus away from Shu to Luca. Luca being a dumbass and instigating fights played right into her hand as she would let them spiral out of control and then be clipped, and everyone was oblivious to her plan. She was Light with the Death Note, killing all of the inmates with heart attacks and only using unconventional methods to kill his real targets. But just like Light, being too consistent with it is what caught her. Everyone knows Pomu is just playing along and isnt actually bothered by the shit Luca does, and have started to treat it more like a sibling thing and not an actual ship, much to her dismay.

There are some times where she would slip up, like her crashing the getting over it collab with Shu, Elira and Petra. Then speaking bullshit about Enzo Mancini to cover up her tracks. The only reason she went out to meet with Elira and have an offcollab was because she thought Shu might have been there as well. She never joins VC with Shu untill there are already some people there, like his Birthday stream. Then she was autistically quiet and awkward. When Elira an Petra planned to watch Space Jam and Shu just invited himself, she splurged out that she hasnt seen the movie too just to be in the watchalong. In the goose goose duck collab despite her knowing Shu knew she was the traitor, she trusted him because she didnt want to kill him.

The offcollab now with Uki, Shu, Elira and Petra is driving her insane. Especially Eliras fujobait tweets which she knows are fake as shit. Having to read those blatant lies and watch the stream where Shu sounds so retardedly hyper after getting to touch Eliras hands once on accident. Seeing him so happy, the way she can never make him happy, is making her miserable. Thats why she hasnt said anything about it on twitter, she is depressed lying on the floor crying, wishing she was there.

Shu. Please. Leave Elira, move on. Realize Pomus feelings for you and be happy with her. She is on her knees, begging you to play minecraft with her.
