Adsense is actually pretty significant, especially considering Gura has some of the best VOD views in the entire company.
I actually calculated all this months ago, but I never posted it anywhere. I guess this is a good enough time to do it.

During her April 12 2022 stream, Millie Parfait accidentally showed her youtube dashboard which revealed she made
approximately ¥1,292,494 in estimated revenue in the previous 28 days. According to Youtube's official youtuber help
channel, that figure represents the amount of money that the channel owner will be taking home after Google takes its 30% cut.

According to playboard, between March 15, 2022 and April 12, 2022 (28 days), Millie received the following amounts of
superchats from her streams during that period.
$485, $428, $342, $0.2, $920, $222, $654, $442, $252, $276, $105, $101, $646, $40, $269, $664, $1101, $373, $606
total: $7926.2
On Tuesday April 12, 2022, the USD to Yen exchange rate was $1 USD = ¥125.3999

So her total superchats was 993,945 yen. Google takes 30% of that, which leaves 695,761 yen that contributed to her estimated revenue.
This means that Millie made approximately 596,733 yen through adsense and memberships during that period.
So for this 28 day period, roughly only 54% of Millie's revenue came from Superchats.
From her channel analytics summary, during this 28 day period, she had 1.7M views and 387.7K watch hours.
Millie had 222,032 subs at the time.

Now imagine what Gura must make from adsense alone considering Gura has like 10x as many watch hours per month when she actually streams.

Anon, your math is completely wrong and is inconsistent with what you wrote as well. You even said that you doubt her dashboard shows her what she made pre-cut. And that's correct. Her estimated revenue, which appears on her dashboard, shows she is taking home $12k. In other words, Google already took their cut. Other creators have said this before. I assume that the number pictured is her total Adsense revenue, Superchats, and Memberships.

Now because this is a company, she's obviously not going to get all of that. We don't know what her contract says or what her revenue split is, but for Holos, it's 50% goes to the talent and 50% goes to Cover. So if we assume it's the same for them, then Millie is getting $6k a month from youtube alone. She probably makes additional revenue from merch and maybe some other ways that aren't as obvious to us.

Now how taxes factor into all this is anyone's guess. I'm not sure when and which taxes apply. But what I am sure of is that with a minimum of $6k a month, she's already making at least $72k a year.
Millie is one of the lower watched NijiENs. Her dashboard even indicates that her highest CCV that month was 2.2k viewers. So now imagine what the Holos must be making.
