Also in the middle of this, Omega's existence was also wiped out, and he was clearly one of the big managers within Tempus, so that's also something to consider.

The initial notification only stated that all activities of Magni and Vesper - including streaming and tweeting - would be stopped for a while.
There were several theories about this vague announcement.
> Injury/Accident
Ruled out since magni has been rmposting with zero impunity and with no real emotional impact.
> Contract negotiations extending longer than expected, leading to account activity being frozen for the extended duration until they can come to an agreement.
Ruled out, because on July 6th Magni talked about 3 things on stream -
1. Planned Special Stream for their 1st Anniversary including all of Tempus that he was taking the lead on (https://youtu.be/4Mtq8htcL80?t=1654).).
2. Hinted that the other boys may have their own plans for the event (https://youtu.be/4Mtq8htcL80?t=1663).). Chat says Vanguard were planning a Mario Party collab (https://youtu.be/4Mtq8htcL80?t=1742).).
3. Upcoming Art collab with Vesper that was supposed to happen on the 8th (https://youtu.be/4Mtq8htcL80?t=877).).
This means they had plans for this month and the next few days, neither of which would have been hinted at if there was ANY DOUBT that the streams would not actually happen. Also contract negotiations would pretty much be done by now since their contract signing dates will usually be 2-3 months before the actual debut (see : Sana).
> Stolen Laptop or Phishing, causing both of their accounts to be compromised.
Again, magni rmposting + highly unlikely that both of their accounts got hacked at the SAME TIME. Also if they had locked down the accounts they would have gotten them back by now, so no need to continue hiding the reason for the delay in the announcements.
> Something REALLY wrong with their new models that they want to get fixed, or perhaps there's some potential security vulnerability with the new models.
Not something they would postpone the entirety of Tempus' anniversary over, since they can always use the old models for just that stream and explain the situation to the audience (I don't think the sisters would mind).

Plausible, but also doesn't line up with the two talents also being blocked, unless they were also suspected to be involved somehow.

And of course there's the sisters' fantasy copes, which ought to be considered just out of the need to cover every angle -

They have done anniversary streams without merch before when this happened to holos, and then announced the merch later on twitter + stream. Also doesn't line up with the initial tweet that started this whole shitstorm.

No reason to hide this in the announcement, Cover have always been transparent when tech issues delay streams - except when the talents themselves ask them to say it as an excuse for other reasons (in Korone's case, which she clarified later on). Also, again, doesn't line up with the initial tweet that started this whole shitstorm.
> They were found to be in an actual gay relationship, so staff are just checking if there's no conflict of interest, legal troubles or other PR issues.
Once again, it would be a private affair to be handled between them, not something to postpone the entirety of Tempus celebrations and merch for. Also, again, none of the sisters would mind this type of shit.
