Depending on how /risu/ proceeds with their relation with the clocks and their internal development I would give it at least 60-80 years before a proto movement that has some resemblance emerges. /risu/ is still VERY industrialised, with only a few cities currently building contemporary factories(the clocks would most likely reserve the more complicated processes back home). /risu/ would not experience the shock for a while.

Depends on how long the tri fleet actually wants to stay but I assumed and thought that it would only last weeks not months. The bureaucracy also wouldn't be so slow that the Risuners need to wait months before they are inducted in some official ceremony and tours. Also at most maybe a week
and a half has passed but I don't see why the authorities at the port city can't come up with something else for the visiting diplomats to do and... well visit. The wait was initially about informing the capital and that should be all done in less than a week.
Also didn't ch. 3 already came out like weeks ago?
