Reminder she doesn't have to be a vtuber she has a pretty cushy military job so the support she does have for poor me has ptsd is misplaced. There a people who are vtubers because there isn't a better choice because they have congenital issues or physical limitations that prevent them from holding a normal job.

I wouldn't doubt the military has a loosened rules around mental health because it's in thier interest to be able to retain soldiers. My theory is that tomoe has bpd and is just a crazy bitch. My main belief as to why this would be the case is that if you go to the therapist as a soldier and they understand that if they diagnose you with bpd that means you get kicked out of the milltary and most likely they will lose your business and your insurance money from the military why would a therapist diagnose you with bpd?

Plus if you add the fact bpd is commonly misdiagnosed as ptsd it makes sense to me
