There needs to be a fantasy adventure fic about getting cucked in order to unite the two groups.
Something like an in media res flash forward that establishes the main pov and how they discovered the rest of the party was getting fucked behind her back when they thought she wouldn't know.
With the rest of the fic being about flashing forwards and backwards from the party getting corrupted and the consequences of that.

Though more seriously, the bastard hero/laplus NTR concept is in a weird place.
Since conceptually some variation of hero fucks the little demon lord is basically her low hanging fruit when it comes to fantasy settings. Combine that with the fact that you have to work with the cuck pov and the emotional pain they're experiencing* means you're kind of locked into either a hyper-condensed pain-train ala a Terasu MC work or a multi-chapter fic about revenge, pain and failure.
*And you are locked into it if you're having the cuck be a pov at all, since otherwise you'd be better served not having him be a pov at all. At which point you're kind of asking yourself 'Why have him be there?' why can't it just be about Lapras getting taken away from her friends and broken in.
