As for the medal vote.

Two votes were discarded for being incomplete.
I used instant run-off voting for every slot, dumping the data in this tool: https://petertheone.github.io/IRV/

The results came out like this:
Gold (and captain) - NO PIPPANTS NO PIPPANTIES, without a single shred of a doubt, it smashed through the vote
Second gold - Lia Liker
Silvers (tied) - The Queen of /vst/ and woman tears nice
Immediately under the line fell #pankomanko and Squibbycat on a tie.

Now, some personal considerations as manager and person acquainted with the virtual divegrass phenomenon:

I think Woman Tears Nice could make for a good goalkeeper.

The name. Think about it, most players in the cup will be female, so saving the ball for the sake of seeing woman tears (or letting it in for the same purpose) has its inherent poetry.
Continuity. /pcclg/, and /pcg/, had Jesus is My Homie as the goalkeeper, and Woman Tears would keep the tradition of goalkeeper Tenma.

The vote. Moving Tears into the net means discarding the medal vote granted to it.
Export structure. Since moving her into the net means giving up on the medal, it would only be fair to ensure that she's the only goalkeeper on the team. Such a move is legal, and not necessarily a debuff, but not quite my favourite gimmick as a manager.

If I were to perform such a move, one of Manko and Squib would have to be promoted, in which case I'd be partial to the squib for a number of reasons: not one, but two custom goalhorns ( https://files.catbox.moe/8gao6c.mp3 and No Cock Like Horsecock), meme potential (think of the chat) and aesthetics (I'm already planning the model to be Yuri surrounded by squibbing cats). But that would all hinge upon the medal shuffle.
