Given how fucky certain publishers and copyright holders are, I would imagine since they don't go after fanfic writers (most of the time), if she was to do a fanfic reading stream with the SCS turned off, I would assume that would probably be okay up to a point because of the "transformative nature" bit. What might be a contentious point is if her reading fanfics and laughing at certain bits would be construed as harassment by the original authors or their fans, so we're kind of back to square one on that front unless Kronii opens up submissions for people to write their own fan fic ideas and have her or Reine sort through them and pick out a few.
