Ok so I did some math for shark bite. It heals you 1% of your own HP, right? Assuming you get all 5 stacks on each enemy, the weighted healing for each kill should be ~0.97%. So if you are at 500 HP, Full Meal would provide less healing than Nurse's Horn if its your only healing. Only once you reach 650 HP would Full Meal start to outheal Horn, while still being more random and also assuming you have full 5 stacks.
