VShojo is recognized as a circle of friends and if they hire people close to them it would be nonsensical IMO since it would be blatant nepotism when they could join whenever they want to
Now, if I had to compare to Hololive and Nijisanji, Vshojo doesn’t put restrictions in what they do or say and they’ll probably allow the newcomers to conserve the avatars. Imagine if they get someone more hated than Nyanners or that can’t shut up about politics and some members already mention their opinions
