To my knowledge, this is the only time he drew her with these fucked up proportions, he has been fairly consistent otherwise. If you take a closer look, that art barely looks like Fubuki in the first place, her head is gigantic and both the face and the proportions are all wrong. I'm gonna blame it on this being a bad time in his life or something, like two months later he had a psychotic episode on twitter where he publicly declared on twitter that he'd dedicate all of the earnings he received from cover over the years amounting to 10 million yen to support Fubuki in her activities and then deleted the post after a few minutes. She's back to normal in his most recent art.
