otsonny!! Eastward part 3 today, it was one of those streams where he's a little more low energy because of the heat but it's a pretty chill game so far anyway. We arrived in new dam city shortly after starting and meet a few new characters, I do (affectionately) wonder how many more times he's going to complain about running out of voices. James from pokemon was added to our vocal cameo list, and I think he gave one of the nerdiest voices he's ever done to Alva... Sam's shrill "JOHN!" grew on me but this definitely took some getting used to. What's with Sonny and not liking dykes? (lul) He did some more dungeon crawling today, and in oldtown he adds the flamethrower to his arsenal before he finally completes Alva's request. It seems the complexity of the combat is starting to pick up a bit too— more weapons, stronger enemies, puzzles that take faster reaction times, etc. We get some new kicks for Sam and a subway card before he decides to call it there for now. He did complain about feeling lightheaded earlier in the stream, maybe partially from going too hard on the VA and not drinking enough water... I've read ch3 is one of the more dialogue heavy chapters, so maybe it was best to save that for next time anyway. He was kind of silly and cute despite not being at 100% and did his best! It's good he recognizes his own limits, I wouldn't want him to overdo it. Thanks for a fun stream even if it was on the shorter side, please take care of yourself taichou and see you on Friday for more VA! o7

Quick en VP review: I posted first impressions earlier but I'll give a few more thoughts now. Both are around 3min long... pampering is a more focused, intimate scenario and is really cute and comforting in the same way that the end of the Halloween VP was. I think this one is particularly good for multiple listens. Scolding is a bit more of a "situation" with a small plot, where you start out on the phone with Sonny and proceed from there. Again, I do wish he yelled at you a little bit more (and he does raise his voice which was a pleasant surprise)... it's more of a concerned boyfriend scenario than mean or bullying, although like I said yesterday, I didn't want to set my expectations too high. I guess in that regard the "scolding" theme is actually pretty appropriate, just don't expect too much more than that. The dialogue in both of these was fairly natural, admittedly the scripts were definitely better than the winter date VP (which was a bit stilted at times as much as I enjoyed it). A better script naturally translated to even better line delivery too. I was more looking forward to the scolding pack but I almost enjoyed the bfe in the pampering one a little bit more, the end made me flustered... both were great though and worth the money. I still want my abusive/DV VP someday, i berieb it will happen. Thank you as always Sonny for recording them, I know doing four this time wasn't easy especially knowing the perfectionist you are. I think the hard work really paid off this time though. Looking forward to the next one!
