She definitely has a burden behind the scenes that's causing her a lot of stress. University makes the most sense, but you can tell that she doesn't want to give up streaming despite the breaks and schedule consistency issues. Japanese society is so goddamn rigid about age and education though that the "option" to take university later in life when she's done streaming (or no uni at all) is not even under consideration if she lives in even a remotely traditional household, as you've already hit a career-viability countdown of sorts immediately upon graduating high school. If she's serious about a longer career in voice-acting, then she's gonna want to go to university.

My personal rrat is that the time she can dedicate to streaming (preparation, mostly) has substantially decreased since coming back to Japan, and has gone down even further with Uni entrance. She values free time much more now and doesn't want to put forth the time and effort in communication for collaboration, and will only do the bare minimum. She might even feel guilt about it, which may have caused her to withdraw into herself even further. Complete ownership over her own streams may also be one of the only expressions of control she has at this point, so that may push it even further.
