Architecture is at its heart a corruption fetish, for a huge fraction of fans at least. There IS a faction that earnestly enjoys just the sensation/physique and tolerates the negatives side effects that come along for the ride, but for the most part you see architects find eroticism in gluttonous behavior, negative social stereotypes, lethargy and personality corruption, etc.
