Shotas are even rarer then lolis in the chuuba sphere as whole, I really don't expect Cover to make one for the west since Gura, like you said got a lot of heat for her design. But if Cover decides it'll be fine and they find a guy with a matching voice or make it one of those deep voice shotas with the "10000 year old magical creature" excuse. It should be fine.

I'm not expecting a shota design to actually happen but I am hoping Pako will at least get to be hired again as a designer, his artstyle is great and I think his male designs are where he's at his best.
