I think being a shipfag must be more fun than being a gachikoi.
Shipfags just see Vtubers as little dolls they can play with and make kiss. They don't care about reality, only about what's portrayed on screen.
They aren't losing their shit about the possibility that their oshi isn't single or waking up short of breath after having a nightmare that they graduated. They don't feel sad when their oshi is sad, or angry when their oshi is angry. Hell, they might not even have an oshi at all.
I'm depressed.
