how would i find (or ask) a rigger to imitate this dance/try to do/get the physics as close as possible for it?

is it wrong to flat out reference something else a VTuber has and ask for it in their rigging style (or try to imitate someone else's style)?

not trying to pay hundreds of dollars on a false promise from the rigger and the x/y/z turns out like shit or just flat out doesn't deliver one specific thing i'd like.
