Yeah downside of this technique is that it's only 1 pic you are gonna be getting as a result. Just an extra thing I noticed for this technique to make it a bit faster is to use the same seed as the base pic, As far as I understand the comp is part of that seed so with control-net you are more likely to get it with same seed.
That being said, vertical comps are tough so that looks pretty great.
