They were extremely close, always collabing together from day one. Matsuri groomed her hardcore. Then they stopped talking altogether. One day Matsuri puts out a "my little sister I love you~" song for Luna's birthday but she completely ignores it. Cue tons of speculation.

They're back to speaking terms, and Luna has gotten tons of other close friends now so it ended up alright. But the mystery remains.
