Here's one I went through and colour corrected, so each area is only a single colour. It's not great, but it suffices.

Get GIMP, open this as layers, then go through each layer and recolour as needed. Once that's done, click File, Export As, and name it, then select the 'Select File Type'. Change this to GIF, select 'As Animation', and then click 'Export'.

It's easy, but it takes a while until you get used to the hotkeys. It's probably not the simplest way to do it, but it's functional.
